EU customers: All import duties and customs fees are covered by us — no unexpected charges upon delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2-Year Quality Warranty

All Satin Bliss Pro sets come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product has a defect in materials or workmanship within two years of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.

How to Request a Refund or Warranty Claim

Contact us at support@allurehome-official.com with your order ID and reason for return or claim. We will provide a return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, please contact us to check if the order has already shipped.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@allurehome-official.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
